Grocery store recommendations

Hi everyone! I’ll be moving to Fredrick in the coming months and noticed there’s no Whole Foods. I’m lactose intolerant and Whole Foods has been my go to since it has so many options for milk, yogurt, snacks, etc. that are dairy free. Are there any alternatives in Fredrick that compare to Whole Foods? Typical grocery stores or places like Target or Walmart just don’t have the same quantity or variety of options. I appreciate the help!
