Fragrance Fades Fast: Tips for Longer-Lasting Cologne?

Hey guys,

I've been trying out some pretty strong colognes lately - Versace Eros Flame, YSL Y EDP, Lataffa Khamrah & Asad, and 1 Million EDT. But here's the weird thing: they only seem to project for about 45 minutes and then turn into these weak skin scents you can barely smell unless you're right up on me.

My spray routine is pretty simple, two behind the ears, one on my neck, and one in my hair. I work in customer service, so I'm always around people. I've even asked some if they can smell me, and most say they can't smell a thing!

I tried the whole lotion trick, which maybe gave me an extra hour, but it makes me break out. Not worth it. And yeah, I know spraying on clothes can make it last longer, but then the scent doesn't develop right as in it doesn't progress though all the notes and still doesn't project.

So what gives? Anyone else deal with this? Any tips on how to make these colognes actually last and project like they're supposed to? I'm all ears!
