Thoughts? Topps Chrome Into Existence

So everyone loves the downtowns and kabooms. They typically hit one out of every 120 packs or so. These Topps Chrome Into Existence case hits are pretty new and are 1 out of 859 packs. Seems like the card to chase to me. What are your thoughts?
