Whatnot advice - Seller not shipping

IYKYK at this point, but bought a few teams on a break. Around $90. Streamer was newer, but had a decent amount of people bidding. Ended up hitting a zebra and figured I would try to sell to recoup cost. Not super motivated, but regret spending $90 in first place.

Anyway, it’s day 25 and expected arrival day keeps pushing. No tracking. Dude has deleted past shows and I figure he’s keeping cards and my money. All I want is either a refund or the cards. Policy says I have 30 days to put in refund request. How annoying is this process and how long on average does refund take?
