Today's meals

  1. Hamburger helper with snap peas
  2. Scrambled eggs, with spinach & avocado, oatmeal with peanut butter, RX bar pieces (carefully sifted through to not include any of the big nut pieces)
  3. Greek salad (kalamatta olives, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado with a balsamic vinegarette dressing), hummus and cottage cheese
