A few decent breakfasts and one dinner meal

  1. Spinach, tomato and cheese scrambled egg, yogurt with PB powder, grated apple and cinnamon, cantaloupe and honeydue
  2. Steel cut oats, blueberries and half and half, hard boiled egg, kiwi
  3. Banana chia pancakes, leftover scrambled eggs and hard boiled eggs, kiwi
  4. Beef, rice and veggies ( peas, carrots, spinach), cottage cheese with tomato and black pepper, harvest snaps.

I usually don't take after pictures. LO chucks the food they don't eat so they aren't accurate anyway lol. Hard boiled eggs are usually a miss but LO usually puts it in their mouth, chews on it and then spits it out
