Between The Lines quest bug? (PC)

It says to "Find Audrey and deliver the blueprints" but when I go to where marker shows, shes not there and theres a laser grid I cannot pass. Anyone else have this?

Workaround: Thanks Clean-AD-732! Just enter a private game (Requires Fallout 1st) and grid let me in.
