Encouraging my kid

My kid is OBSESSED with planes. His dream is to be a pilot. He’s 10 but can rattle off terms, accidents, airplane models and instrumentation/controls. We watch ATC vids, aviation YouTubers, etc.

I live near a private airport so lessons etc are only a few minutes away. So of course when he’s old enough, I will pay for his lessons etc but what I can I do to encourage his love of aviation and prepare him for a career should he want to go that route? I found a young eagles flight program but the closest volunteer pilot is 5 plus hours away. We go plane spotting at the local airport. We live near Manhattan so we have major airports all around plus a private one, but in terms of programs for kids etc, we don’t really have anything here. I saw a few aviation camps that I could put him in, but they require him to be in 7th grade. He also may have a rare genetic condition that is a skeletal dysplasia so I do not know if his height will be a problem or not yet. He’s 4 tall and 10.5 years old, he is as small as a six year old, currently.
