Part 91 Salaries - Citation Sovereign

Hey all,

Looking for some advice on part 91 salaries.

Sovereign FO average salary in 2024 on Biz Jet Jobs is 115k.

Do operators typically take the cost of the type rating out of the first year salary?

2400 hours total time 260 multi engine turbine. CTP and written complete, but no ATP yet.

I realize my hours don’t necessarily allow me to negotiate very well but I also don’t want to accept an offer that is too low - watering down the entry level jobs.

(Offer right now is 80k which doesn’t seem competitive).
