Dream House for Homestead and Homeschooling Lifestyle
Would love to hear criticism from anyone, especially those who homeschool their children.
Side notes: - Stair leads to basement. Its more of a fantasy bunker. So don't mind the basement. - Why work station right beside playroom and classroom? Work from home, plus, would rather get fired than to neglect my future children. Also, to have it easier to switch between homeschooling and working. - Why master bed right beside kid's bed? Same reason. Would rather reach my kids faster when emergency situations like kidnapping or robbery happens. Would use insulation as additional noise blocking plus wardrobe in between. - Lounge in master bed is flexible, can be used as nursery, storage, 2nd bedroom (if husband and wife prefer sleeping on different beds), 2nd walk-in closet. - Carport instead of attached garage? Easier to go in and out I assume. - Guest room can turn into 3rd kid's bedroom with wall renovation. - Large empty space in 2nd Living Room? For Homeschooling activities like dancing or stuff. - If no basement = mechanical room upstairs where the stair is located. - with basement = secret bunker in basement, with all bedrooms having escape door to basement.
