KC: 🔺 Operational Reliability

Soooo can we talk about that email? Are call outs really that bad? The operation has been in shambles for quite some time (no TDOTs, weekly IROPs & IPY offered, etc). I am hesitant to believe it’s all because of Unexcused Absences. And why are they threatening to take away our monthly PPT and put more people on Adays? Is it a scare tactic? Let’s discuss 😮‍💨
