What’s a good flash for $100 and under?

I’m going hunting and I walk about an hour before day light to my stand, on a big stretch of open property usually using pretty much moon light. Last year I walked up on a black bear, luckily he wasn’t hungry or pissed and walked away. Just looking for a decent light that I will be able to see pretty far.
