I call this the "Banner of enlightenment". The color choices are intentional, black to symbolize the void and darkness and golden yellow to symbolize the light and enlightenment. The two lions to symbolize bravery and the placement of the right lion which if you look closely actually touches the symbol isn't accidental, but to symbolize that even if you're as brave as a lion you have to be on the right path to touch the light
