Need to loose about 2% body fat in 3 days.
I'm 32, Male. Weighing in at 162lbs. 5'3" at about a 35/36 inch waist. I'm in the military and considered over weight. When I was put on the "weight loss program" I was at 175lbs. So I've definitely made progress and I'm pretty proud of myself for that. But I've hit my first ever wall. I work out every day but nothing crazy and I don't eat much nor do I eat junk food. I've been on a decent diet and workout routine which has gotten me to this point but my waist size seems to just be stuck at this. I'm only 1% over my max allowed body fat percentage. I want to loose maybe 2% just to be safe. But I'm not sure what to do now. I have a weigh in on Monday and a lot rides on me getting my weight down. Any suggestions or advice would be very helpful and appreciated!
