Inspire 3 battery draining
So my Inspire 3 is only about a year old, up until now it's worked perfectly and I haven't had any issues with it. Then yesterday, out of nowhere, the battery started draining ridiculously fast for no apparent reason- no changes to any of the settings, no damage, etc. It's gone from only needing to be charged about once every 10 days to chewing through 100% charge in a few hours. The colours of the display are looking off too, (I haven't changed the display settings) they're much paler than usual, almost white instead of purple even though the screen brightness is the same as always. I've tried restarting it but no luck and still waiting for Support to get back to me. Has anyone else had an issue like this? I'd really appreciate any help.
Edit: I had to be pretty persistent going back and forth with Fitbit Support, but eventually they did offer me the choice between a replacement (I didn’t find out until later that it would only be the watch part, not the band or even a new charger, and that it was up to them whether they sent me a new or refurbished product) or refund via paypal. The replacement arrived, seems to be brand new and is working fine so far, but I may have only gotten lucky because this issue started less than 12 months after I bought my Inspire 3. For anybody else having the same problem, even if your Fitbit is older than that though, it still might be worth a shot!
