2008 Dubstep song

Been looking for this song for ages! Unfortunately, I only remember bits and pieces about the song:

It had a dog and another animal flying around (in a hot air balloon?) rescuing animals from a factory in the clouds. It was mostly black and white for what I remember. And the dog just bobbed its head along most of the time in the video.
