Mental Health Suffering (FDA)

I had an anxiety attack that debilitated me on Tuesday at the thought of going in (FDA). Despite noise cancelling headphones, it is so.... busy? I think that's the word. People EVERYWHERE. I used to walk when we came in 16hrs/pay period. There are no alone spaces. 😥

(Venting. Not looking for advice because it is what it is, unfortunately.)
