RTO for IRS CSRs has been postponed

IRS HCO informed NTEU that SBSE and Taxpayer Service CSRs can continue to telework to minimize impact on taxpayers during the filing season.

Basiclly they don't have enough desks to accomadate all the CSRs they hired the past few years. The level of service would suffer if the CSRs who wouldn't have a desk were take off the phones.
