Today I lost a battle but never the war
I couldn’t step into the airport. Palpitations and sweaty hands. All I could think about was the plane crashing with me inside.
The result: the plane has already arrived at its destination, and I’m on a bus that will only get to the same city tomorrow.
The worst part is that the fear kept increasing in frequency because my job now requires more interstate travel. But the feeling only got worse. So now, it's about working through this fear with therapy.
