Tips that have helped me.

I am a nervous flyer, but some tips I got from this group and some I made myself helped and I wanna share.
1) If you can, enroll in TSA precheck and clear. A lot of my anxiety came from the long ass TSA lines and this has been gold.

2) The 30 min timer is awesome. Set a time for 30 minutes and each time it goes off your 30 mins closer to your destination and it helped the time fly by (no pun intended)

3) I made a playlist for take off and descent. I made a 30-40 minute long playlist that I used mostly for takeoffs and climbing to altitude. Just some chill songs from my favorite artists. Worked amazingly. I also played it when we hit some turbulence that along with some breathing techniques really helped.

I know not everything will work for everyone, but these were huge helps. And I hope this helps some of you. Safe travels.
