How did a long term fast benefited you?
I’m currently doing my first fast. I’ve decided I’m doing a long term fast, I’m currently 33 days in SW: 304 and CW: 268. As I’m doing this longer and longer. I’m realizing how easier it gets, it gets pretty addictive after a bit of seeing that digital scale go down. But overall, for people who’ve currently or done long term fast of 30+ days: How long did you fast for, how did you end it, what was your SW to CW, how did it benefit you physically and mentally?
Plan on going till I get close to 200. Thank you for taking the time to read and answer
