team eliminated in playoffs in Yahoo Prize League just dropped star players
I am currently playing in a 12-team category Yahoo Prize League that is currently in the semi-finals for our playoffs and a team that has already been eliminated just dropped Porzingis, Zubac, and Sengun. This seems to fly in the face of Yahoo's fair play policy:
Fair play rules
Yahoo requires all managers agree to some basic rules to keep things fair.
- Don't engage in any collusive action.
- Don't drop or dump players from their team with malicious intent.
- Don't take any action where its purpose would hinder fair play in the league.
- Don't make roster moves that will intentionally hamper the play of other managers.
I have played Prize Leagues every year and have always had a good time. Nothing like this has ever happened before and it potentially completely upends all the hard work of crafting a perfect team for the playoffs. Is there anything that can be done? I feel any private commissioner would immediately undo the action and lock that player's team.
