Do you think this is rude?

My parents and I provide my sister with free childcare. We watch her baby from 9am to 2pm Monday through Friday. Her husband picks up the baby everyday at around 2:30. Before he leaves, he grabs two cans out pop for him and my sister. He just opens the refrigerator, grabs two cans of pop and stuffs them in the diaper bag. He does this every single day he picks the baby up. He doesn’t ask, he just grabs them. Do you think this is rude?
