my husband doesn't work.

I've moved away from the stereotype that the guy has to work and the girl has to stay home and clean. But my husband is now looking for himself and trying to self-actualize, it's really hard for me, as on my shoulders now all the financial expenses and I don't know how to tell him that it's hard for me.

I have tried to talk to him, but all I hear is that he is looking for himself and he needs time, but I am tired of waiting. What advice would you give me?
