(SE/K2) Made a working arco balancer! (Finally)
Probably the most accomplished ive ever felt in factorio. Uses a lot of combinators because im not the best at circuits. Needed quite a few arcos to saturate inputs (probably needs more) Each recipe just passes through a checklist to see if its inputs outnumber its outputs before the inserter is enabled. Arco types are only output to logistic network when a balanced number is reached. Designed for very low spm but can be easily duplicated with more arco collections:)
