Has anyone ever reported something and then Meta actually took it down?

I asked because I've reported everything from people calling each other pedophiles for no reason, to straight up pornography, to obvious scams that are using AI generated videos to lure people into giving away their information, to much more.

Not once have I ever received a notification from Meta that they took down the content I reported. This goes for facebook as well as instagram.

Am I alone in this?
