Messenger Videos are often times not the video I intended to send or receive?

I often scroll through Facebook and I enjoy that they added videos and shorts onto the applications. When I come across something funny or meaningful I like to send them to my wife or friends. Sometimes I get odd reactions to the videos I send.

So I figured out that many times when you try to open a video that was sent or received it ends up just playing some other random video. If you close the video and open it again the video it will just some other completely random video each time, and never actually play the original video.

I find this really frustrating, especially since a few of my friends have told me the videos I sent them were inappropriate or distasteful. I myself have gotten a few that were meant to be caring or heartfelt as a reflection of personal issues, only to open them and have some big booty girl blasted in my face or some guy screaming cuss words at you.

Is there any fix to this, is anyone else having this issue regularly?
