How does this work?
I am fairly new to F45 - 27 classes in 3 months. But I am curious if there is a "correct" way to F45? I always hear "this is end of phase blah blah". Like am I meant to know these phases? I'm officially a member and want to understand how I can maximise my workouts etc.
Also, I wanted to use an alterative to the lionheart device that has ant+ - does anyone know how to connect it on the F45 app? as it asks for a LionHeart serial number when signing it up?
