Should I be worried?

I just bought this truck from a very trusted friend at a local dealership. 2021 King Ranch with 96k miles for $38,500. He, along with the Sales Manager who I’ve known for years, ensured that there was nothing wrong with the truck but they wanted to get me a good deal as I’ve been waiting for a KR for a while. They would’ve put the truck out for $46,100 if I remember right…. Everything works fine and I’ve been loving the Powerboost with 28mpg in town and 19.5mpg on highway but something just feels off to why they gave it to me for cheep.
