Do your heated seats work well?

My heated seats seem to take at least 20 minutes before they get warm. Both sides. Sometimes it's over 30 mins. Once they finally start cooking they are fine but most trips I take they never even warm up prior to my destination, even if I warm it up first. Just wondering if this is typical. 2021 F150 Lariat Powerboost. Thanks
