Automatically update personal outlook calender with a column of dates from automated email sent to me

Hello,

I receive an excel attachment with ETA's for deliveries every morning. I'd like to not have to open the attachment everyday.

Is there a way for outlook and excel to speak to each other so that when I receive the email, my outlook calendar is updated with the ETA's provided on the daily attachment?

I imagine outlook could recognize the email, save the attachment, then import back to the calendar?

Please let me know if you've done something like this before. I'm not sure where to start.
