Euphoria is HBO’s second most watched series behind Game Of Thrones - how soon could season 3 realistically come out?

IF HBO execs and/or sam Levinson wanted to get season 3 out ASAP, what would that realistically look like, with cast availability factored in? Meaning: how long is pre-production? Could they start and do everything without Zendaya to save time?

I know absolutely nothing about how Hollywood works so I’m just curious if Sam is able to get it written quickly, how quickly it could potentially air. I obviously have no idea where he’s at in the writing process either.
