Bot and Base Station not connected

After some help please!

Eufy sent me a replacement robot as the first did not fill with water and so couldn't mop the floor.

This second robot finds the base station, reverses in to it and starts charging, but the display on the base station says not connected and the app says the same.

I have removed the robot from the app and reinstalled it several times, I've cleaned the contacts on both the robot and the base station but still not connecting.

What I don't understand is that if it's not connected how can the robot charge, which it is doing, arrived a 67% and now at 100%.

I can control the robot from the app, get to map the rooms and vacuum, but no control via the base station.

Any idea what is going on?
