I tried an espresso with steamed cream

This turned out pretty good but a little too creamy (as many mentioned). I’ll have to cut the cream back and try a breve tomorrow as this is way too rich for my blood.

I used a 100g of heavy cream and blasted 17g of air into it using a Gaggia Classic Pro. It didn’t really foam up at all and it got hot very quickly…much faster than milk.
