fellow opus grinds differently each time?

Kinda title, when I just got it I got perfect 1:2 ratio on 1.9 clicks setting, but every 2 days I have to adjust it to +0.2 or it will choke my machine. Retaining seems to be fine (0.3-0.5g)...

I also found that screw that holds the burr is a bit lose but I havent tried to tighten it (just in case it has to be that way).

Opus support kind of ignores me for the past week so I figured I should try to get some advice here.
