exercise causing flare up?

I started using a rebounder (mini trampoline) a few days ago and have been using it for about 10 minutes a day. Today I started and almost immediately felt pelvic pain. It’s been hours and it still hurts; it hurts to get up from sitting positions and I feel a consistent dull squeezing pressure. Usually my endometriosis pain is limited to when I’m about to start my period / on it but I am certain this is because of the bouncing. Has anyone else experienced this? Rebounding is meant to be a good low impact exercise but the research on it and pelvic issues seems mixed.
