first ever laparoscopy! advice and tips please 🥹

i’m 25 and have my laparoscopy and hysteroscopy scheduled on the 29th September!

this is my first ever surgery and first time being under general anaesthesia so i’m pretty nervous..

does anyone have any tips for pre surgery and post surgery? anything i need to be mindful of or anything i need to buy🥰 tysm
