Unfair redundancy- acas conciliation

I believe I was chosen unfairly due to personal dislike. I am looking at my options for tribunal.

I’ve not left the business yet.

A solicitor has advised me to raise a grievance, would you recommend this?

I have put together all my documentation for why I believe this is unfair, would acas review this?

Would my employer offer me compensation in conciliation? The ex gratia they offered was insultingly low so I declined it and went down redundancy consultation route instead to fight for my role.
