Just got a Volkswagen ID3 - Charging times, costs and advice?

My family just got a VW ID3 and are really enjoying it but we have a few questions we were hoping some of you could help us with!

• Is there anywhere or any way to estimate the cost per charge and therefore by mile? We have an energy bill that's charged at 0.21 pence per KW/h so how would we equate that to charging the car?

• Are there any incentives or programs that get us free charging at public chargers? We've seen some 'Free Chargers' online but can't really find a map or any advice about them?

• Also, this is our first EV! Is there anything we should know before we start using it, or any advice anyone has for us?
