First timer advice?

Hey guys! This will be my wife and i’s first time to EDC. We have been to a lot of festivals but never EDC. We ended up getting VIP tickets. Is there anything different that we should know about EDC versus other festivals? We are locals, so we will be going to/from home every day if that makes any difference.
