Campaigns under 50. Worth checking

My current char under 50lvl. As there was a fraction lock on my campaign, I checked what is going on under 50 and was surprised how pvp can be. Except awfully slow moving (my mount is still in progress :)), the imbalance isn't so sharp - no insta death, no convergence, no bombers.
