e-ink tablet recommendations

Hi,

I'm looking for e-ink tablet:

  • I plan to use them for for miniature gaming (storing manuals in epub format)
  • Note taking would be a plus.
  • Access to web would be a plus.
  • I would like to avoid Chinese software.
  • Price ~$300-$500
