Dupixent acting as a steroid?

Since birth I've always been prescribed with steroids (hydrocortisone 0.1, 0.2, 1 & 2 specifically Locoid). I've done research behind the steroids and from my conclusion, if using for a long period of time, all it does is covers up the redness/inflammation until you stop taking it, then the withdrawal happens. Does the same act if your taking dupixent?
