17 and tacrolimus withdrawal

im 17 from australia and i used tacrolimus on my eyelids everyday for about 6 months morning and night (usually never sunscreen) and i was never informed about the dangers, quit it a couple weeks back and my eyelid eczema is back, eyelids r puffy and it burns to moisturiser, also a bit red and wrinkly please help i dont want to be ugly anymore
