What's the 'best' unsolicited advice you've gotten from someone regarding yoir eczema?

Mine is that someone told me "you should try this cream out! It really helped with the patch of eczema on my arm. It's called CeraVe!"

Like I have flare ups that cover my entire body and am on medication that totals almost $4000 CAD a month. I do not need advice that I didn't ask for. And the cream she recommended is like one of the most popular brands and she acted like it's this hidden gem. Ugh, sorry for the rant haha
