Ultimates or Legendary??

Even tho i have ultimates but still i'm keeping the legendary items. Both works fine to me as both are super beneficial but i am more kind of a solo run guy. Am i doing right or should i move to ultimates. Does it have any effects on boxes. Like having ultimates will give you more ultimates??
