eSim recommendations UK/Europe for 29 days

As title suggests I am looking for recommendations for eSims to use on my up coming (Oct 15th) trip across Europe and the UK. I'm not really sure about them as have no prior experience using them but I like the idea of them over having to take out my current physical Sim. Knowing me I'll probably lose it. I don't think I will need calls, as I'll be using WhatsApp and Messenger to talk to people back home in AUS, so data only is all I should need. Any and all advice is appreciated and any tips you have I'm all ears.
