Penalty winning rate super low

not sure if anyone having same issue on penalty shootout, think I am losing 80% of it since playing the game for 2+ years. I tried different approach and opponent can often catch my mind. Meanwhile when my GK go to right direction sometimes he can't save it.

Say for example penalty event this week I have to make 10+ tries to win the 2 games. Which I already picked players with penalty specialist and Penalty Saver GK (Dida), dun think it matters at all since some opponents is playing with their normal squad and won.

Also, why is it always I'm the one who have the shooting first, is it actually against AI but not player during penalty?

Anyone facing the same challenge? Is there any tricks or tips?
