Input lag getting worst?

Did anyone noticed before 4.0.0 update input lag was almost gone. After the update whenever i enter opponents D not even sprinting with the ball and shot with only 10% power gauge but it takes him 2 seconds to shoot it and till that time keeper falls into his legs. Note: I’m playing with cabled connection (optic fiber) I’m not close to server (India) I have all the network settings configured. Considering all this game felt much smoother before 4.0.0 update
