Dumb question: My viscose skirt dye is running badly.Do I keep washing or try to set it?

I dipped it in warm water with detergent and the colour started running heavily so I rinsed with cold and have been letting it dry.

It’s the first wash so I expected a little bit but I thought I’d ask here to be safe.

What do I do, should I wash it again or is there a way to set the dye? Will I ruin it if I keep washing?
